BACKGROUND


The CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) mandated that from 1 July 2018, all qualifying entities in South Africa are to submit their Annual Financial Statements (AFS) in an iXBRL format. iXBRL (Inline eXtensible Business Reporting Language) is a global digital reporting standard for exchanging business information for financial reporting.


IRIS CARBON®
